Knights and Castles

Thanks to some great ideas from my homeschool group, we are starting to study history with the Magic Treehouse collection. I am so excited and as we browsed the library yesterday the kids were so excited about the books we found to supplement our study. We will be learning about the Medieval Era including knights and castles. I found an incredible book with all kinds of activities and information called KNIGHTS AND CASTLES-50 HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES TO EXPERIENCE THE MIDDLE AGES. We are reading The knight at dawn and knights and castles research guide as well as lots of books from the library. I'll post pictures and links to the activities as we do them. These are the kind of units that I love!
